At Encompass Electrical Estimating your “on-call” estimator provides timely detailed
estimates including electrical, fire alarm, low voltage, and site work. We offer many
convenient options in partnering with us. In the products area, simply purchase a one-time
estimate for small or medium projects such as tenant spaces or medical office build outs.
For monthly packages, we offer three options for support based on the number of
pages anticipated per month. For large projects, we encourage you to email a link to the
plans and we review and submit a proposal. Once we get the signed proposal, you receive
a detailed material and labor estimate three days before your bid due date to allow for
changes or adjustments. You then add supplier quotes, mark up, and win your next job!

OUR ESTIMATING PROCESS
PROJECT REVIEW
You email us drawings, front-end documents, and the bid due date. We review them and return an estimate so you know your exact cost before we get started.
PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE
Once you accept, we get to work immediately and return your proposal as quickly as possible, a minimum three days before your bid due date.
PROPOSAL PREPARATION
We use your choice of Accubid or EBM for your proposal. We send a detailed “take-off” with up-to-date pricing using trade service pricing. We address addendums at this time as well.
SUBMIT AND WIN!
All you need to do is add your mark up, insert supplier and vendor quotes, and win the project!
